Privacy policy

Marcé Noir, S.A. de C.V., with address in Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan, Jalisco, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What data we collect

This site does not ask you for any data. There are no sign-up or checkout forms.

Orders are placed on WhatsApp. When you write to us, you share whatever is needed for your delivery — name, phone and address — and it stays in that conversation. Payment is arranged there, by transfer, outside this page. We never collect financial data.

What we use it for

• Identify, prepare and ship your order.
• Contact you about the status of your purchase.
• Issue a tax receipt, if you request one.
• Handle questions, exchanges and returns.

We do not use your data for advertising unless you expressly subscribe to our letter, and in that case you may unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the courier that delivers your parcel, and only the data needed for delivery. We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties.

Orders reach our business WhatsApp, a third-party service with its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your order data for five years, the period required by the applicable tax and commercial regulations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification if inaccurate, its cancellation when you consider it is no longer needed, or object to its use for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent.

Write to hola@marcenoir.com stating your name, the right you are exercising and an official ID. We will reply within a maximum of twenty business days.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We store your shopping bag in your browser’s local storage, on your own device: that information never travels to any server, not even ours, and you can erase it by clearing the site data.

Changes to this policy

Any change will be published on this same page, with its date of update.
